HLS - Hoosier Leadership Series The Hoosier Leadership Series is creating a movement of high-caliber, principled leaders oriented toward serving the people of Indiana and beyond.

Calling Hoosier Leaders! With the support of several Indiana Congressmen, the Indiana Family Institute launched this challenging program for interested professionals to interact with top policy leaders and prepare for community service. The program’s mission is to advance conservative policy and faith-based servant leadership principles with community leaders from all parts of the Hoosier state an

d in all types of professions. The monthly class offers leadership skills training and an in-depth look at today’s hot topics in the public and private sectors. With special “who’s who” speakers and a trip to Washington, D.C., the goal of the series is to prepare and connect like-minded leaders to be servants in their communities. It seeks to inform, motivate, and raise awareness of the conservative philosophy in order to produce an increased sense of community trusteeship through monthly meetings, readings, and interaction with experts, leaders, and decision-makers from across Indiana.
