Fully Equipped training at East Race Muscle in South Bend for the IDFPA World Championships three months from now in Houston. Inzer Champion Squat suit and Inzer Blast Bench shirt. Still wearing the Inzer Erector Deadlift shirt. Still have the Inzer Knee wraps and the Limitless singlet, knee sleeves, wrist wraps, and belt. Had plenty in the tank for squats like dead lifts and hit a personal record in the bench.

To say that receiving this email this morning was a total surprise is an understatement. I was shocked that I was offered this once in a lifetime opportunity. Needless to say, I am formally announcing that I have accepted the invitation and will be part of Team USA for the 2026 IDFPA World Championships. It is an honor to represent the Masters Equipped division for our nation. God and country!

Giving back to the sport. Will be serving as the technical chair tomorrow for the USAPL Barbell Riot meet at Raw Strength in Portage, Michigan (near Kalamazoo).

Records have been updated. Here are the official results from the 2026 USAPL Equipped Nationals. Lots of State Records were set by this elite group of lifters. Tons of medals were earned as well.

Just want to give a big shout out to East Race Muscle for allowing me to train with the elite powerlifters there over the past 8 months. I also wanted to say a big thank you to both USA Powerlifting as well as Quintin Meyer for hosting and putting on an outstanding event with the greatest lifters in the world. It was awesome seeing Hartman Performance Training in action and it was an honor to perform along side their best lifter and pro card winners. And as always, it’s a pleasure to be hyped up by the one and only Geno Powerlifting Biancheri. Truly blessed.

What a great weekend. Went 9 for 9 (27 for 27 white lights) and got 9 more state records. Took 3rd at USAPL Equipped Nationals. Most important of all, met and reconnected with a bunch of good people in the powerlifting community. God is good.
