💪Both Bo Basset and Micheal Boyle won the U20 championship by physically and mentally breaking their opponents!

🏋️Strength and Conditioning play a huge roll in a wrestler’s success!

🚗Being able to maintain and keep a high pace is so important in winning at wrestling!!!
The wrestler must always be looking to score by attacking. You can only do that if you are in top notch shape and practice that way as well.

🩼Also, a good S&C program is a good injury prevention program!

🥇Elite Wrestling Club offers private strength training sessions as well as Strength and Conditioning class for youth through middle school athletes that are looking to get stronger, improved performance and reduce injuries.

💪The class and private training is open to both boy and girl athletes and the class is age appropriate, focused on safety, technique and development.

✅The athletes will see improvements in strength, body composition, flexibility, agility and so much more

🔥Everyone competes but the Champions train!

☀️August is traditionally a slow month for wrestling.
Limited competitions, fall sports starting, and last minute vacations.

🥇But here at the Elite Wrestling Club we find a way forward!

💪We added new dynamic to the stance motion drill and added resistance to the shot
Sometimes you have to take a couple of steps backwards on your fundamentals to leap forward!
