As promised, here's the pic of the giant 47-inch lingcod caught on Wednesday's half day Nearshore Rockfish trip aboard the Gracie K — it's almost as tall as Dave! 😂

It took both guys to hoist this dragon, and get this... it was a hitchhiker! Hitchhiker means this big bully was trying to chow down on another fish that we were reeling in. In this case, the other fish was another keeper lingcod! We love a good 2 for 1 🐟

This Spindrift crew limited out and all smiles returning to port early with this load of nice halibut, lingcod, and canary rockfish. The weather is finally cooperating, and we still have spots available for on Sunday and next week.

Mother Nature has been acting like she forgot we have a fishing season. 🌊💨 After almost two weeks of weather cancellations, we're starting to think the ocean was grounding us for something we didn't do.

Thankfully, there were a few bright spots—like this gorgeous lingcod brought in aboard the Spindrift last week! 🎣

The good news? We're back on the water today, and the forecast is finally looking friendly for a change. We've still got a few seats available this week for halibut, rockfish, and some crabbing trips.

Monday brought us within just a few fish of limits on halibut with a good overall size grade, plus a boat full of lingcod, canary rockfish, and Dungeness crab for everyone 🐟🦀

12 Hour Halibut trips are $375 per person including crabbing, and we’ve got a few spots left this Thursday and Friday. Don’t miss out—get in on the early action while the weather is good!
