The gates just opened and the custom camper vans are pouring in at waterfront park in Toledo at the RIGS & REGGAE festival!! I’m super excited to have kicked off this season for Oregon Coast Kayak Connection, by hosting 110 fifth through eighth graders with a paddling excursion in a SINGLE DAY!!!
It took a ton of work and preparation to make it happen, but my crew and I absolutely rocked it!! The smiles on all of the kids faces was infectious, and I know with out a doubt that several of them that went home and asked their parents for a kayak or paddle board. This is a labor of love and I’m blessed to be able to spread the joys of paddling. Cheers to a wonderful summer on the water!
