We're locking down the 🦵 and attacking the top, middle, and bottom of our opponent's body with a variety of chokes, sweeps and foot attacks.
Jiu Jitsu teaches you how to use your body and how to manipulates other people's body more than any other sport. Goes great with Wrestling and Judo. Essential to pair with Kickboxing and Muay Thai to become the most rounded MMA fighter.
