It’s not about how long ago you started your fitness journey or how old you were, it’s about consistency and making that dedication to yourself.

Two years ago, we received notice that our landlord would not be renewing our lease so the space could make room for a local grocery store and liquor store.

What started as a search for a new building turned into a journey we never could have imagined — acquiring two additional gym locations and ultimately moving to an even bigger and better space in Newport.

The past six months have been filled with renovations, rebranding, long days, hard work, and more than a few challenges along the way.

But today, we get to step back and say…

Here we are. 💙

Three locations. One FITNKY family. And a whole new chapter ahead.
