Meet Adam! He's our head Em's Fitcamp trainer! HE'S THE BEST! You aren't going to find another trainer like him. He makes class super fun and entertaining. He will make you smile while you sweat! In his own words, "You Do You, Boo!" meaning he will help you modify according to your own ability. YOU WILL FEEL COMFORTABLE AND WELCOME! And of course all of this while you get an incredible workout in that he thoughtfully designed and is different every single day!
