🎉 Kids Fun Friday: 12:00–1:00 PM
Fun Friday is still on today! Come hang out with your teammates for an hour of games, movement, and plenty of fun on the mats.

🥊 Striking: 6:00–7:00 PM
Kick off the evening with Coach Anthony for an hour of striking. All experience levels are welcome!

Women’s Only Jiu-Jitsu: 7:15–8:15 PM
Finish out the night with our Women’s Only class, a great environment to learn, train, and get some rounds in together.

A full Friday at the gym. Come get some mat time in! 💪
