Where in your life are you passionate?
What does passion in action look like for you?
What does your passion say about what you stand for?
If you could name 3-5 values that fuel your particular passion, what would they be?

Boundaries aren't walls that keep others out—they're the framework that allows you to show up fully. To serve from overflow rather than deficit.

When life feels overwhelming, your breath is always there waiting for you. This simple practice has been my anchor through countless challenges. What grounds you when everything feels chaotic?

✦ TODAY'S AFFIRMATION ✦
That inner critic you've been listening to? It's never created the growth you hoped for. Self-compassion isn't just kinder. Research shows it's actually more effective for lasting change.

I said: I am worried that the brutal honesty in our relationship is just that. Brutal.
They said: I'm unwilling to change that about myself. I like how straightforward and honest I am.
I said: Even if it has a negative impact on our relationship?

When I consider what I am willing to or unwilling to change about myself I have to think first about what kind of person do I want to be in the world and that includes how I want to be for other people.

Ideally, I want to assess what I value when it comes to a particular area of my life and then explore the cost of my choices and behaviors before acting.

A deep dive on your values (this is a quick exercise with deep results I can guide you through) can give you new insights about how you want to be in any scenario and also help you evaluate if you align with the potential outcomes of your choices.

When you act like this, you can't go wrong. There are no wrong turns.

Only you, making your best choices by being the person you want to be for yourself and other people.

XO, Lacy

Sensitive leaders change the game. They read rooms, sense undercurrents, and intuit what others miss. It's not your weakness—it's your edge.

Let's talk about MINDFULNESS.

One of my clients recently told me: "There is NO WAY I'm doing mindfulness again. I've tried it. It doesn't work." They were on the verge of giving up. But after 6 weeks of working together, they're now planning a bucket-list trip, have dusted off that film project they'd been dreaming about for years, and are actually in line for a promotion at work at a finance company.

I often avoid using the term "mindfulness" entirely because it feels overused, too woo-woo, or just empty of meaning.

But here's what you need to know:

Mindfulness isn't just a trendy wellness buzzword anymore. It's backed by SERIOUS science. Over 16,500 peer-reviewed academic papers have examined mindfulness, with thousands of rigorous studies testing its effects.

Mindfulness belongs in the classroom, boardroom and even operating room. It's no longer just for yoga studios and retreat centers. It's a practical tool being implemented by Fortune 500 companies, elite military units, championship sports teams, and leading medical facilities.

The research shows mindfulness genuinely works for:

⟢ Reducing stress at levels comparable to medication

⟢ Cutting depression relapse rates for extended periods

⟢ Boosting immune function at a cellular level

⟢ Decreasing inflammation (game-changer for chronic pain)

⟢ Enhancing attention and cognitive processing

⟢ Improving emotional regulation and resilience

⟢ Supporting better sleep and recovery

This isn't pseudoscience or wishful thinking. It's evidence-based practice backed by Harvard, Johns Hopkins, Oxford, and countless other leading institutions.

The problem isn't that mindfulness doesn't work. It's that we've made it seem mysterious, complicated, or disconnected from practical daily life.

My goal is to distill it all down so you only get what you need in the leanest and quickest way possible. Why would you want otherwise? I learn all these skills so we can apply only what works for you in the simplest, cleanest way possible.
