Great turnout for the first week of Friday Night Lights at both of our locations last night!
We’re all excited to see what they throw at us the next 2 weeks!
Remember that we will be hosting FNL every Friday for the next 2 weeks starting at 5pm at both locations running until 8pm!

Rani embodies what it means to be a CrossFit athlete, he comes to class every day with the intention to work on weaknesses and only wants to get better each and every day! Brings a positive energy and attitude that is second to none.

What made you join CrossFit?

I wanted a sport that was about being a good athlete and healthy, and something I could incorporate in to my day to day.

What are your favorite CrossFit movements?
Ring Rows…till I can do a pull up

What’s your favorite cheat meal?
Bacon Egg and Cheese with extra cream cheese

Have you signed up yet for the CrossFit open?
Waiting to reach a more consistent base before doing any challenges but definitely something to look forward to.

We have just over one week until the 2023 CrossFit open season begins.
Starting next Friday the 17th we will be hosting Friday Night Lights at both Williamsburg and LES locations starting at 5:30 with heats running until 8:30.
You don’t “have” to be signed up for the open to take place but it’s highly recommended that you do because you can see where you rank not only amongst your fellow class members but you can see how you done on a world wide scale!
All friends and family are welcome to take part or come cheer everyone on while we tackle whatever throws at us this year!
