In Part 1, we talked about the small changes she had started noticing months after her previous filler
For this appointment, we focused on evening out the top lip, adding a little more fullness, and bringing back some definition through the Cupid’s bow while keeping the result natural.

We also added a small amount of filler to the bottom lip to create better balance between the top and bottom lip🤍

She came in about 8–9 months after her previous lip filler and had started noticing a little flattening and dropping through one side of the top lip.

She loved the lift from her previous treatment and wanted to bring some of that back, while keeping the result natural and adding a little more definition through the Cupid’s bow.

During the consultation, we talked through what filler can and can’t do. Since filler adds volume rather than physically lifting tissue, the plan was to first even out the top lip and match both sides. If the area still bothered her afterward, a small amount of local dissolving could be considered.
