Supporting the Bobcats means supporting the whole person in body, mind, and spirit. 🐾💛

Trinity Yoga Wellness Center is grateful for our growing relationship with Pasco-Hernando State College (PHSC) and the opportunity to support its students, student-athletes, faculty, and staff. We loved being back on campus for Wellness Wednesday, connecting with the PHSC community and sharing in its commitment to wellness.

College life asks a lot of people. Students balance coursework, jobs, family responsibilities, and decisions about their future. Student-athletes add practices, competition, and travel to already busy schedules. And behind it all are the faculty and staff who pour their time, energy, and care into helping others succeed. Spending time with Eric and his staff, and getting to know the students quickly takes me back to my student-athlete days at VMI.

Through yoga, sound relaxation, and opportunities to pause and reconnect, we’re honored to complement PHSC’s existing wellness programs. Our goal is to help expand accessible, holistic wellness options across PHSC’s campuses—offering practices people can turn to during stressful moments, both on campus and beyond.

One of the tools we’re especially passionate about sharing is 9D Breathwork sound and immersive sound relaxation. When the mind is caught in the constant “monkey mind” of thoughts, deadlines, pressure, and worry, or the nervous system remains activated in a sympathetic fight-or-flight state, it can become harder to concentrate, process information, recover, and perform at our best. Intentional breath, meditation, and immersive sound experiences can help shift attention away from that mental noise and support the body’s movement toward a calmer, more regulated state. For students, athletes, faculty, and staff, that pause is about creating the internal conditions for focus, learning, recovery, resilience, and performance. The goal is simple: quiet some of the noise so the mind and body have more capacity for what matters next.

Thank you to PHSC’s Student Experience and Engagement team, wellness organizers, and Athletics for making space for the well-being of the people behind the schedules, classrooms, and teams.

A special thank-you to Shelly Bearden, Coordinator of Veteran Services, for her dedication to student veterans and the community she helps foster through Vet’s Cup. Sometimes support begins with a conversation, a cup of coffee, and knowing you belong. ☕🇺🇸

Thank you, PHSC, for welcoming us into this work. We’re grateful to be part of a community that cares for the whole person. 💛

Our commitment to body, mind, and spirit extends beyond the mat. It also includes opportunities to learn, connect, and explore how we want to live our best lives!

We’re excited to share Activating the 7 Principles of Purpose, facilitated by Dr. Steve Ventola who formalized this work into an online curriculum with live sessions where participants can discuss the teachings, ask questions, and dive deeper together.

The program brings different generations together to share perspectives and connect learning with everyday life. The six-week experience includes live Zoom workshops, reflection guides, session recordings, and community discussion.

Start with the FREE introductory workshop:
Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. Eastern! A 75-minute experience, live on Zoom and open to everyone.

Continue with the six-week program:
October 8–November 12, 2026
Thursdays at 7:00 p.m. Eastern, live on Zoom.

See Comments for registration links!

We encourage you to explore the free introduction and share it with someone who would appreciate meaningful conversation, connection, and personal growth.

With love and gratitude,
Chris Eaton & April Eaton

Busy week? You don’t have to carry all of it into the rest of the week.

Give yourself one hour on Wednesday evenings to breathe, release the pressure, and reset.

THE RESET is a midweek pause created for busy people whose minds rarely stop—even when their bodies are exhausted.

Each week, Chris guides you through a restorative blend of:

🌿 Breathwork
🌿 Meditation and focus practices
🌿 Practical wisdom for everyday life
🌿 20–40 minutes of immersive, restorative sound

No yoga experience. No meditation experience. No expectations.

Just arrive as you are and leave feeling calmer, clearer, and ready for the rest of your week.

📅 Wednesdays | 6:30–7:30 PM
💵 $22 Drop-In
✨ Complimentary for Trinity Yoga members

Your week isn’t over but you can begin the rest of it differently.

💚 From all of us at Trinity Yoga Wellness Center, thank you, GTE Financial, for an incredible evening and for intentionally investing in the people, businesses, and nonprofits serving our communities. We are truly honored to have been selected as a finalist among 138 applicants.

Congratulations to the grant recipients and all of our fellow finalists! Being surrounded by so many organizations leading with purpose reminded us that when local businesses support one another, the entire community becomes stronger.

We’re grateful for the recognition, the new relationships, and the opportunity to keep serving. 🙏

Thank you, GTE, for believing in local. 💜💚

What an incredible evening. 💜

Out of 138 applicants, Trinity Yoga Wellness Center was selected as a finalist for the 2026 GTE Financial Business Ambassador Awards.

We didn’t take home the grant, but we walked away incredibly grateful. Grateful that the work being done through Trinity Yoga was recognized. Grateful to be surrounded by business owners and community leaders who genuinely care about the people they serve. And especially grateful to GTE Financial and its leadership for investing in local businesses and recognizing that both for-profit businesses and nonprofit organizations can be powerful forces for good in their communities.

A special thank you to Rosa and the GTE team here in Pasco County. Rosa is also a fellow Greater Pasco Chamber of Commerce member, and relationships like these are exactly why being involved in our local community matters.

And so much love and congratulations to this year’s grant recipients, Lighthouse for the Visually Impaired and Blind; Pasco, Hernando and Citrus and Corona's Coffee Shop. I had the opportunity to spend a little time getting to know the people behind both organizations, hearing about their missions and, more importantly, seeing the hearts behind their work. They are incredibly deserving of this recognition. Especially love each of their liveliness and enthusiasm!

For us, being one of the finalists reinforces something April and I believe deeply: business can be about more than business.

Trinity Yoga exists to help restore body, mind, and spirit while creating connection, supporting other local organizations and nonprofits, and bringing wellness into our community.

We are grateful to our teachers, members, partners, friends, and everyone who continues to believe in what we are building.

Congratulations again to all of the finalists and winners, and thank you, GTE Financial, for choosing to shine a light on businesses making a difference.

The work continues. 🙏💚

🌿 Something new to Wednesday nights at Trinity Yoga.

Beginning Wednesday, September 9, I’ll be leading a new weekly experience:

THE RESET: Breath, Focus & Sound
🕡 Wednesdays | 6:30–7:30 PM

Let us intentionally step away from the noise and explore breathwork, meditation and focus practices, practical philosophy and wisdom from traditions around the world, and 20–40 minutes of restorative sound.

We’ll explore different ways to work with the breath, calm the monkey mind, support nervous-system regulation, become more present, and reconnect with ourselves.

And from time to time, I’ll bring elements of the 9D Breathwork experience into the room as well. 🎧

This is an opportunity to explore practices and perspectives gathered from across cultures, traditions, ancient wisdom, and modern understanding, and discover what actually works for you.

No experience is necessary. Every week stands on its own.

💚 Complimentary for Trinity Yoga studio members and pass holders
✨ $22 drop-in for non-members

📅 First class: Wednesday, September 9
