I maintain a progress file for each client so we can track your growth and continue moving forward together.

Each person is invited to share what they’re carrying, what they’re grieving, or what they hope to release. This allows us to begin our practice with open hearts and a clear mind.
After class, we take time to reflect, journal, and process whatever arose during our practice, helping you leave feeling lighter, grounded, and supported.
