Each private session is personalized to your needs and goals. We begin by discussing how you’re feeling physically, mentally, and emotionally, and we end with time to reflect and process your experience. I maintain a progress file for each client so we can track your growth and continue moving forward together.

After class, we take time to reflect, journal, and process whatever arose during our practice, helping you leave feeling lighter, grounded, and supported.
