Give it up for our SEPTEMBER MEMBER OF THE MONTH, Alberto Garza 🔥💪🏽
Since Alby decided to make his health a priority, he has had his foot on gas and nothing has stopped him! Signing up for his first full Hyrox men’s open. Completing his first full simulation, alone. Running multiple 5K’s and never missing a weekday workout or Friday, Hyrox Open Gym. This incredible member of ours has been on fire!

Alby: “ I started at F45 New Caney, to create new friendships and motivate myself in by doing something I’ve never done before. I wanted to become a stronger person, not only inside and out but also, mentally! I knew i needed to find something to help me gain self confidence and to set a goal of how I wanted to look and feel! I knew this place would become my second home because from the start, it felt like this is where I was meant to be! I love how all of the coaches are hands on while coaching, with posture and technique. They always set goals for the members and support us to reach them! I can say I’ve never been pushed harder than being here at F45 NC. The events and the people surrounding and supporting one another, is what I love about F45 NC! Everyone is so welcoming and supportive! I love that we’re not only friends but a family! I think that’s the BEST thing anyone can ask for when entering a a community like this, that and AMAZING coaches! The community is what motivates me the most. Seeing others push themselves and keep pushing, no matter what age they are, shows that anything is possible and is so inspiring. I love how everyone has fun and always smiles though the pain. It definitely pushes me to keep going and push harder than before! I’m proud that I’m able to commit to a new lifestyle and stay consistent with myself. I feel good about myself and finally have the self confidence I’ve been reaching for! Thank you F45, for a complete life change. I will continue to commit to stay consistent to reach more goals, I have set for myself. You all have allowed me to blossom into someone I never knew I had within me! To my 2nd family, I love ALL OF YOU!! Thank you for the continuous support and love I’ve received!! F45 NEW CANEY
