There was a hole in the sky today.

Incredible to view the eclipse up in the Oash*ta Mountains of Arkansas. I rode up here on my motorcycle. The world had a dimmer switch which was slowly turned and just before totality, waves of light moved across the ground and flickered in my peripheral vision. Just after the sun was completely covered, a red dot appeared at approximately 6 o’clock on the bottom edge of the corona. Did anyone else see these mysterious things or was I hallucinating. I heard a distant coyote howl and the crickets began to chirp as the stars came out. There was a ring of sunset red encircling the mountain ridges all around me. Weird to see a sunset in every direction. It was over too quickly. Now I will ride home. Jigetty jig.
