🏈 First Year Playing Football… But You Wouldn’t Know It 💯

We focused on breaking on top of routes, staying disciplined with footwork, and finishing every rep with strong hands.

100 catches later… the confidence is growing. 🔥

What people don’t see is the repetition, focus, and patience it takes for a young athlete to learn the game for the first time.

🏈 Youth Special Teams Development 💥

Today’s focus was teaching young athletes how to move with purpose on kickoff coverage.

We worked on:
✔️ Avoiding backside
✔️ Running the curve with proper angles
✔️ Tracking leverage in space
✔️ Finishing tackles with near foot, near shoulder technique
✔️ Hand-eye coordination using a football catch finish 🏈

📚 Youth Development Done Right 💪🔥

Today’s session focused on building the foundation through movement and control:

✔️ Shoulder taps – core stability & body awareness
✔️ Inverted rows – upper body strength & control
✔️ Box jumps & bounding – explosive power & coordination
✔️ Trampoline work – balance, stability & control
✔️ Hand-eye drills – reaction and focus 🎾

At this level, it’s not just about getting tired — it’s about learning how to move correctly, stay balanced, and build confidence through every rep.

Strong foundation = better athletes in every sport.

Let’s keep building the right way. 💯

Late in the game is when plays get made… or given up.

If a DB shows fatigue, it shows up in:
❌ Slower breaks
❌ Lazy feet
❌ Bad angles
❌ Lost reps

Great defensive backs stay disciplined even when tired — same stance, same technique, same effort.

Because receivers don’t slow down… so neither can you.

Conditioning isn’t just running — it’s being able to move, react, and finish at full speed every snap.

Lock in. Finish strong. 💯
