Our Fall Adult Basketball League is coming to Narrow Valley Sportsplex! Get your team together and join us for competitive, fast-paced basketball on Tuesday nights from September 22 - November 24.

🏀 Ages 17+
👥 Teams of 5–10 players
💙 Members: $550/team
💚 Nonmembers: $650/team
⭐ Roster of 10 = just $55/player for members or $65/player for nonmembers!

Whether you're playing with old teammates, coworkers, or a group of friends, this is your chance to hit the court, compete, and have some fun this summer!

We’re so grateful to John for sharing his knowledge, experience, and passion for strength training with our community. From proper form and technique to training tips and programming, attendees had the opportunity to learn from an experienced coach and take their lifting to the next level.

A special thank you to the National Champion Powerlifters who joined us and provided incredible demonstrations! 🏆
