There’s a lot to be excited about with soccer in our community. ⚽️☄️

This weekend was a great opportunity for several of our Comets teams to get valuable preseason touches, compete together, and continue preparing for the season ahead.

More importantly, we were glad to support a local tournament and another club that is working to provide opportunities for kids to play the game. Growing soccer in Southwest Missouri takes all of us — clubs, coaches, families, referees, organizers, and communities continuing to invest in the game.

We’re thankful for the opportunity to compete close to home and for our families to spend a weekend surrounded by soccer.

We’re proud of how our U8, U10, U12 and U14 groups represented Comets FC Missouri, and we appreciate everyone who helped make the weekend possible.

Keep growing the game. Keep creating opportunities for kids.

Attention parents of High School aged Comets FC Missouri players!!

We’d love it if you could drop schedules of the boys High School soccer season in the comments ⚽️ ⬇️

We can’t wait for the Spring season to get here and get back to work BUT in the meantime our coaches would LOVE to get to come see the boys represent for their High School teams this Fall!

A great day of 3v3 for our 2017 Comets! ⚽️💪

We took two teams to compete today, and they came away with 1st and 3rd place finishes. More important than the trophies, it was another opportunity for these boys to get lots of touches, make quick decisions, compete, and continue developing.

I’m proud of the way they represented Comets FC Missouri—playing with confidence, working for each other, and embracing every challenge.

Congratulations, boys! Keep learning, keep competing, and keep enjoying the game.

☄️ COMETS FC MO ID SESSION TONIGHT! ⚽️

Calling all high school age boys interested in competing with Comets FC MO this spring!

Tonight is an opportunity for players and coaches to get to know each other and for us to identify players for the upcoming season.

⏰ U15-U16 | 5:30–7:00 PM
⏰ U17-U19 | 7:00–8:30 PM

Can’t make it tonight? No worries! If roster spots remain available, we plan to hold another ID session in November.

We’re excited to continue building a competitive environment and helping players develop at the next level.

Due to weather, tonight’s U8, U9, and U10 tryouts have been rescheduled.

📅 New Date: Thursday, June 18
📍 Location: Joplin High School

The safety of our players and families is our top priority, and we appreciate everyone’s understanding. We look forward to seeing all of our future Comets on the field next week!
