The Before. The After.
Sometimes a bicycle is more than just a bicycle.
From the first time I met Dennis, one thing stood out wow, this guy is talented and fast. Even beyond the results and the speed, what stood out most was his passion. The way he talked about cycling, his love for the sport, and the dedication he brings to becoming a better rider every single day.
That inspired a vision.
Sometimes in life, someone just needs a little support, someone to believe in them, and someone willing to step in at the right moment.
Maybe we could be that someone for Dennis.
With the support of Specialized and our service team at Naples Cyclery, we took a Specialized SL8 Comp and turned it into a custom aero, lightweight rocket ship built around Dennis and the goals he's chasing.
This project was never about ROI. It was never about selling more bikes. It was about investing in someone who truly loves this sport and giving him another tool to help make the success he's chasing just a little more attainable.
Dennis is a reminder of what hard work, patience, and dedication can become. It's easy to dream about progression and podiums. What's harder is embracing everything it takes to get there, the early mornings, the setbacks, the sacrifices, and the countless hours that no one ever sees.
Growth happens long before the results do, and that's exactly what Dennis continues to prove every single day.
