A wonderful morning teaching at Vuori. One of the highlights was hearing from guests experiencing classical Pilates for the first time and their appreciation for the precision, intention, and attention to detail that define our approach to teaching the method.

Sharing our passion for classical Pilates with the Naperville community is always a privilege.

Yes, you’re opening and lengthening through the side body, but you’re also working on:

• Spinal mobility
• Lateral flexion

1️⃣ Complete a quick, 2-minute consultation with a licensed medical provider through Flex.

2️⃣ If eligible, receive a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN), typically within two hours.

3️⃣ Purchase your Karve membership, class pack, or private lessons and submit for HSA/FSA reimbursement.
