When we first opened our gym in Nac, Cody VanSchoubroek was one of the first people to welcome us, and has been an amazing training partner since the first class he dropped in at BTT Deep East. Now it’s time for the jiu-jitsu community to step up for Cody. With a recent medical emergency that has left him with extremely impaired vision, he is unable to currently work. Please consider contributing to Cody’s go fund me to help support him and his family.

Martin Garza — Judo Coach
Judo Black Belt
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Blue Belt
Martin has been training in Judo essentially his entire life and brings a lifetime of experience to our Judo program.

Colby Feece — Wrestling Coach
State-level wrestler
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Blue Belt
SFA BJJ Club Captain
Colby brings high-level wrestling experience and a passion for helping others improve their grappling skills.

Breier Galan Mairena — Women’s BJJ Coach
Brazilian Top Team Purple Belt
Breier has been training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu since 2012.

Our Women’s-Only BJJ class is beginner-friendly and welcoming to women of all experience levels. Whether you’ve never stepped on a mat before or already have experience, this class is a great place to learn and train in a supportive environment.
