I always take requests from Yogi’s when you know you are coming to practice on your Birthday. This week we got a request for another “Rated R” Hot Yoga class! It’s an Explicit playlist that normally wouldn’t make sense in a yoga class but we like to party and find calm in the chaos ‘round here 😜

‼️Community Announcement‼️

As grateful as I am to have found a space at the mall, I know in my heart it’s only temporary. Seems, in my opinion, we will not be making it back to our lovely studio downtown as well. My end goal is to have Pilates and Yoga back together again but I also know that may not be possible. But we’ll never know unless we ask, right? So if anyone has any leads on a space where we can find a new forever home, please reach out! ❤️
