Tonight's Races have been canceled. We will keep everyone posted on our up coming schedule changes. Thank you all for the continued support.

Due to the weather and forecast outlook, the decision has been made to cancel tonight's event at the Davenport Speedway. You can catch the MLRA • Midwest Latemodel Racing Association in action tomorrow night at the 34 Raceway in Burlingtion. Dont forget the upcoming DIRTcar Racing Summer Nationals double header June 16 at the West Liberty Raceway and June 17 and the Davenport Speedway.

We are waiting on a call on racing tonight. If it doesn't rain out, we will be at Davenport Speedway.

Otherwise we will be off for the weekend to take care on some personal items. We will be making changes to our schedule in the near future. We will keep everyone posted.

Not much to say on this one. We made it to and from the track safely and car has no damage. So thats a big win for us. 🤷‍♂️

We will continue to try to get a handle on this car. 12th>12th.

🏁 WEEKEND UPDATE FROM LGR 🏁

Unfortunately, we will be taking this weekend off from racing.

After some very unexpected expenses last week, our racing budget took a significant hit. On top of that, we're currently waiting on parts to arrive for our pull truck so we can get it back up and running. With both of those factors, we've made the difficult decision to sit this weekend out.

Missing a race night is never something we enjoy doing. We love being at the track, competing, and spending time with all of our fans, friends, sponsors, and fellow racers. However, sometimes the smartest decision is to regroup, get our equipment back in order, and be prepared for the next opportunity.

We want to sincerely thank everyone for their continued support, encouragement, and understanding. The support we receive from our sponsors, family, friends, and race fans means more than you know, and we couldn't do this without you.

We'll use this weekend to get things back on track and look forward to seeing everyone back at the racetrack very soon!

Here is a great racing event this weekend! Make sure to add it to your calendar.

The cars and stars of the MARS Racing Series are set to make their return to the Race Davenport-SR Promotions Davenport Speedway for the annual Corn State Nationals this Friday May 22nd. Joining them will be the Del's Metal / Midwest Recyclers IMCA Modifieds, the Wangelin's Auto IMCA Hobby Stocks, the Midwrst Vintage Late Models, amd the Crown Vics.

Well.... tonight must have been a full moon. Lots of cars wrecked tonight. Unfortunately we were one. We made it through a couple wrecks then we got ourselves caught up in one.

As you know this sport can humble you quickly. We will be taking at least two weeks off to make repairs and help spread out the expenses.

On a positive side, we plan to come back stronger. We will keep everyone posted. Thank you all for the continued support.
