💡Trainer Tip of the Day: Lat Pulldown Edition 💪

Want to get more out of your lat pulldowns? Focus on pulling your elbows down and back instead of thinking about pulling the bar straight down with your hands. This helps engage your lats more effectively and reduces unnecessary strain on your arms and shoulders.

✅ Keep your chest up
✅ Slightly lean back
✅ Control the weight going up
✅ Squeeze your back muscles at the bottom of each rep
