F45 Muncie family, after monitoring the situation closely we have made the decision to cancel all of this evening's sessions.

The safety of our members and coaches comes first, always. With the storm continuing to progress, we also want to make sure our team has plenty of time to get the studio set up and ready to go for tomorrow's sessions before conditions get any worse.

We appreciate your understanding and flexibility. Stay safe, stay inside, and we will see you back on the floor tomorrow.

Hey F45 Muncie family,

We are keeping a close eye on the weather situation this afternoon and want to give you a heads up. Central Indiana is facing a significant severe weather threat today, with two rounds of storms expected, the most intense arriving late this afternoon and into tonight. 

A Tornado Watch is currently in effect for Delaware County, which includes Muncie,  and a Wind Advisory is in effect until 5 PM EDT, with southwest wind gusts of 45 to 50 mph expected.  The second round of storms brings the potential for tornadoes, wind gusts exceeding 80 mph, large hail, and localized flash flooding. 

Your safety is always our top priority. We will make a call on this afternoon’s sessions as conditions develop and will post an update here as soon as we know more. Please keep notifications on so you don’t miss anything.

In the meantime, stay weather-aware, secure anything loose outside, and check in on your neighbors. We will get through this one together.

The results are in and you all killed it today for the last week of the 45 workout!!
4 pods, 4 stations each, 3 laps thru a pod, and 45 sec work:0 sec rest!!!!
We tracked all day and divided by the amount of teams in each class to get averages and the 12p and 6p classes were on top with meters and burpees!!

1st place Row | 6p class
1st place Bike | 12p class
1st place Ski | 12p class
1st place Burpees | 6p class with a whopping 165 for 1 team!!!
