Grit & Grind Games 2026. This in-house comp NEVER disappoints. It brings the early morning athletes together with the after work athletes for a day full of fun (🥴) and a lot of hard work. Happy Father’s Day to all of our strong dads 💪🏼

Let me be the first to tell you, you won’t want to miss this week! We are starting a new strength cycle that will mix powerlifting and plyometrics 💥
Monday we will be testing our deadlifting and max distance broad jumps, Wednesday we will establish a 1RM front squat and max height box jump, and on Friday we will be finding our 1RM sn**ch 🏋🏼‍♂️🏋🏼‍♀️
Don’t forget, we still have our June nutrition challenge going on!! No added or highly processed sugars and drink 100 oz of water a day! With humidity rising, it wouldn’t be a bad idea to add some electrolytes into the mix 😁 some of my favorites are LMNT and Redmond Relyte.
My morning hydration go-to is blending frozen watermelon and coconut water if you’re looking for something you can easily pick up at the grocery today.
