Does anybody use any exciting/innovative hydration or cooling methods?

Let's be real for a minute. It's hot outside. We all want to run, but sometimes the elements sideline us. Trails are littered with bugs. Overgrowth may be running rampant. Did we mention it's hot and miserable?

Of course, not all scenarios apply to all trail runners. For many of us here in Arkansas, summer trail running isn't really a thing.

So DTER community - what do you do in the summer months to maintain training?

Also....yes, the "realistic" logo had a bit of AI input.

It's hard to believe we're getting ready for the 12th Annual David's Trail Endurance Run!

Registration opens Wednesday, July 1 at noon Central, and we're kicking things off with 1 week of Early Bird pricing!

🎉 To celebrate our 12th year, we're also giving an additional 12% OFF to:
• The first 12 runners to register for the 50K
• The first 12 runners to register for the 25K

📅 Race Day: Saturday, February 27

📍 Start & Finish: Rocking Chair Resort

50K – 8:00 AM
25K – 9:00 AM
7K – 10:00 AM

Whether you're chasing a PR, tackling your first trail race, or just coming out to enjoy an incredible day on the trails, we'd love to have you with us.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who joined us this morning for the Red White & Blue 5K at ASUMH! 🇺🇸🏃‍♀️🏃🏿

The weather held out for us even if the air was a little thick. It made for a great morning of running, walking, and celebrating together. We appreciate everyone who came out and made this year’s event a success!
