A Work in Progress… and We Can’t Wait to Show You the Finished Product! ✨🏊

We’re currently wrapping up a beautiful Premier Semi-Inground Pool featuring a custom tanning ledge and vinyl-over steps. This backyard oasis is packed with fun details, including deck jets and a bubbler in the tanning ledge—perfect for keeping the kids entertained for hours!

There’s nothing better than watching a customer’s vision come to life, and this project is shaping up to be something truly special. The concrete decking will be poured soon, bringing this amazing backyard transformation one step closer to completion.

We love helping turn dream backyards into reality, and we can’t wait to share the final results with you!

Please read if you are having issues with your Pentair Intellicenter Control or App. We just received this message from Pentair Pool Products.....

IMPORTANT: IntelliCenter® Information
As communicated yesterday, we are aware of an issue impacting the connectivity of the IntelliCenter pool control system through the Pentair Pool App. This issue was caused by an internal Pentair software update. At this time, IntelliCenter remote control capabilities in the mobile app continue to be offline. We are actively working to restore connectivity to the mobile app.

At this time, IntelliCenter devices will not appear in the Pentair Pool app when using remote access, however you can still connect to and manage your pool at the outside control box or by using a local connection within the app. Instructions on how to do so are below.

Additional important things to note:
IntelliCenter devices will not appear in the Pentair Pool app under the “Remote Network” section. When a customer is connected to the same router as their IntelliCenter, their device should appear under Local Network and they should be able to locally control their IntelliCenter using their mobile device.
IntelliCenter email alerts and notifications have been turned off. The outdoor control panel will continue to display alerts and notifications. Customers should check their outdoor control panel for any alerts.
Any new IntelliCenter accounts created at the outdoor control panel will not sync to the app.
Customers should not attempt to create new Pentair Pool accounts at this time.
We will provide you with updates as new additional information becomes available. If you need additional assistance, please contact Pentair Pool Support at 1‑800‑831‑7133 or visit our support page.

How to Control a Pool Locally

If a customer’s phone is connected to the same WiFi network as their IntelliCenter, they should see the device listed at the bottom of the Pentair Pool app as a local connection.

If the device does not appear locally:
Have the customer tap the question mark or information icon next to Remote Network.
Follow the instructions provided:
G​​​​​​​​​​​​​​o to Settings → Advanced System Configuration → Network → Wi‑Fi Setup at the outdoor control panel.
Write down the IP address.
Enter that IP address into the Local Network option in the app.
At that point:
The app may prompt for a passcode.
If no passcode was created, the customer can simply press Connect.
If a passcode was previously set, they will need to enter it to proceed.
