🚨 SEASON 9 CORE AUDITIONS 🚨

June 13 is your chance to become part of something special.

At 23 Dance Space, we were voted Best in the Region for a reason. Our dancers are committed, hardworking, supportive, and passionate. Everyone on our team wants to be there. Everyone on our team puts the team first.

📍 Saturday, June 13
⭐ Ages 5–11: 9:00–11:00 AM
⭐ Ages 12+: 12:00- 2:00 PM

💥 $15 Audition Fee

Dancers will audition in Jazz, Contemporary, and Tap. Even if your dancer has never trained in one of those styles, they are still required to audition for all three.

Don’t worry…..we are looking for potential, not perfection.

The Core is about more than just dancing. It’s about growth, confidence, friendships, work ethic, and becoming part of a team that pushes each other to be their best. Our experienced, passionate staff is committed to helping every dancer reach their full potential. We challenge our dancers, believe in them, and create an environment where hard work, confidence, and growth thrive. The combination of dedicated teachers and motivated teammates is what makes The Core so special.

🏆 Season 8 Dancer of the Year Runner-Up 🏆

A huge congratulations goes out to Ciara Strommen, our Season 8 Dancer of the Year Runner-Up!

Ciara has truly embraced every opportunity this season. She challenged herself by stepping outside of her comfort zone, pushed past obstacles, and continued to approach each experience with a positive mindset. She took corrections to heart, applied critiques, and consistently worked to improve.

This year, Ciara found her personal style while also gaining an incredible amount of confidence. She took her time in The Vault seriously, and the growth we’ve seen in her self-belief, mindset, and overall confidence has been remarkable.

Ciara’s dedication, resilience, growth, and willingness to keep pushing herself embody everything Season 8 was about. We are so proud of all she has accomplished and cannot wait to see what comes next.

🌟 Join Our Mini Core Crew! 🌟

Do you have a dancer ages 5–8 who loves to perform, make friends, and grow as a dancer? Our Mini Core Crew might be the perfect fit!

Mini Core is our competitive team for young dancers who are eager to learn, gain confidence, and take the stage. Dancers train two nights per week (Wednesdays and Thursdays) and attend 4–5 regional competitions plus one National competition each season.

Our Mini team is known for:
✨ Big energy
✨ Full-out performances
✨ Strong friendships
✨ Lots of fun
✨ And of course… being absolutely adorable!

📅 Auditions: Saturday, June 13

✨ Season 8 Dancer of the Year ✨

We are proud to announce our Season 8 Dancer of the Year, Teagan Kasper!

Dancer of the Year is our most prestigious individual award, presented to just one dancer each season from all of our Core members. This award recognizes not only talent, but also growth, dedication, leadership, teamwork, and the impact a dancer has on those around them.

This season, Teagan stood out for so many reasons. Her growth as a dancer was incredible, but what impressed us most was her willingness to be uncomfortable, to take risks, and to push herself even when she wasn’t sure of the outcome. She embraced challenges, trusted the process, and allowed herself to grow in ways that made her shine brighter than ever on stage.

Beyond her dancing, Teagan brought positive energy, a strong work ethic, a sense of team, and a spirit that lifted those around her. She represents everything we hope The Core will be.

We couldn’t think of a better dancer to represent Season 8.

Congratulations, Teagan! We are so proud of you and can’t wait to see where your journey takes you next. ❤️✨

✨ Season 🎱: Feeling Lucky ✨

What an incredible weekend! Both our Core Showcase and Launch Showcase were a huge success, and our hearts are so full.

To all of our dance families, thank you for choosing 23 Dance Space as a second home for your dancers. Your trust, support, and commitment mean the world to us.

To our supporters, thank you for showing up, cheering us on, and standing beside us every step of the way. Your encouragement helps make all of this possible.

And to our incredible Season 8 staff…thank you. This year would not have been possible without your passion, dedication, hard work, and resilience. The countless hours you pour into our dancers do not go unnoticed, and we are so grateful for each and every one of you.

Season 8 is one we’ll never forget. The growth, the memories, the friendships, the accomplishments, and the moments we shared together made this season truly special.

We feel so incredibly lucky to have all of you as part of the 23 Dance Space family.
