Yoga In The Park

Yoga In The Park Free Yoga In Twinning Park!!! Come join us every other Monday @6:00Pm for a easy going fun night of yoga and relaxation.

Classes focus on a range of different things.. such as postures, breath work, relaxation and most of all enjoying time with oneself! Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one, otherwise let me know as I have quite a few extras!

Come join us on the mat for the weekly centering where we will be setting an intention for the week. In doing so we will work on ways to stay balanced when life around us sometimes feels like waves crashing around us!

I look forward to meeting you on the mat!

I should note that the weather is not looking great so I may just do a live cast of the class and see how many people pop on!

Sorry everyone it's been a crazy few weeks. Quick thank you to thoes who were able to come this past Monday and be present with me on the mat.
