When walking into the new Monroe High School's fitness and weight room you will now see a logo. A logo created by my little brother. A logo from a few guys who wanted a different kind of gym. A gym where there was no judgement, loud music, graffiti walls, and iron plates. We call it the Iron Haus. The gym where you're more than a member, you're part of a family. Never would think 9 years ago painting walls, buying 3 different gyms to build 1 great one, hiring a graffiti artist and turning a welding shop known as Boss Frog would turn into being able to sponsor a location in our brand new High School! We thank the Monroe School District for the opportunity and all the past, present, future members that have helped make all this possible. The new school looks absolutely stunning! Everyone did a great job.

Wanna "get your swole on" and celebrate St. Paddy's day at the same time? Visit Iron Haus - an old school 24-hour gym with a lot of iron, a lot of heart and loads of results. You can also check them out at the Stateline Home and Business Expo the first weekend of April at SLICE.
