For September, we are highlighting our east side neighbors- Sweet Union H**p Company ! They are just down the street from us on East Franklin. Ran by the sweetest people, they have a wide selection of products, and some really cool local shirts, stickers, and merch as well.

• Yoga in the park will be on September 26th at 9am, in Mathisen Square in Lake Park. Bring a mat, if you have one!

• Shenanigan field tripping over to Fort Mill for the Catawba Bend Trail Runners run on October 17th at the Catawba Bend Preserve at 7:20am. 1.5 - 4+ non-technical trail miles.

• Don’t Get Dead Run Club is attempting to get the biggest team for the Santa Scramble in Concord on November 21st. You can sign up at the link below and join the Don’t Get Dead team. Biggest team wins $1,000!
