WOU Campus Recreation Campus Recreation Programs are offered at Western Oregon University and consist of fitness classes, Participants are never forced to perform.

We offer group fitness opportunities on land and in the water!!! At Western Oregon University, we pride ourselves on offering safe, fun opportunities to explore fitness as a lifelong commitment. Our philosophy is to always reward with praise and positive reinforcement for a job well done. Progression is at an individual pace.
