We’re proud to develop athletes of all levels — while fostering teamwork, discipline, and lifelong friendships. Competitive USA Water Polo teams for boys and girls. Instruction from beginners to advanced. 18 National Age-Group Championships!

MoStan 16U Girls are heading to Folsom for a morning of scrimmages and game experience!

📍 Vista Del Lago High School 1970 Broadstone Parkway, Folsom, CA 95630

⏰ Game Times:
🔹 8:50 AM
🔹 10:35 AM
🔹 11:10 AM

All scrimmages are 30 minutes long.

✅ Also open to 14U and younger athletes looking for additional game exposure and experience.
✅ Highly recommended for athletes wanting to develop their skills and confidence in game situations.

Are you a high school athlete ready to level up your game? 🏆💪 Whether you’re a seasoned player or just getting started, MoStan Water Polo is the perfect place to train, compete, and build lifelong skills in and out of the pool! 🌊🔥

📍 Before School Ends: (Monday-Thursday)
➡️ Boys: 4:00 - 6:00 PM @ Enochs
➡️ Girls: 4:30 - 6:00 PM @ Johansen
➡️ Youth: 4:30 - 6:00 PM T/TH @ Johansen

📍 Summer Schedule (Monday-Thursday, Once School is Out):
