We love celebrating the stories of our members and the hard work that happens both inside and outside the gym. Here’s Kelsey Moon’s story:

My journey started at 330 pounds. Today, I’m 175—155 pounds down after years of hard work, setbacks, and perseverance. I started because I wanted my two daughters to see that we can do hard things and that strength is built by refusing to give up.

After moving back to the area, I rejoined Definition looking for a gym with childcare and found so much more. The old-school gym atmosphere, supportive community, and affordable childcare make it a place that works for our whole family. My girls love coming, and I get the time I need to invest in my health.

Definition has become part of our routine and an important part of my continued journey toward becoming stronger and healthier—for myself and for my daughters.
