A perfect example of setting a goal, staying focused, and never giving up.
This young man set a goal at the beginning of the season: shoot a 25 straight. Week after week, he came close, but there always seemed to be that one clay standing in the way.

With the regular season now over, Tucker wasn't ready to give up on his goal. Today, all his hard work, determination, and persistence paid off as he finally crushed that perfect 25 straight!

Congratulations, Tucker! Your dedication and positive attitude are paying off. Keep up the great shooting—we can't wait to see what you accomplish next!

Last night we wrapped up another great season with our annual Awards Night and Fun Shoot! It was a fantastic evening celebrating our athletes, their accomplishments, and all the hard work put in throughout the season.

The highlight of the night was our annual Annie Oakley Shoot, where competitors battled it out for a year’s worth of bragging rights. When the dust settled, James Kaplan came out on top and claimed the title!

Congratulations, James, on your Annie Oakley victory! Enjoy those bragging rights until next season. Thank you to all of our athletes, families, coaches, and supporters for making this another memorable year for the Lakeland Trap Team. We’re already looking forward to next season! 🎯🏆

Day 1 of Lakeland Trap Team hosting the 2026 GNTC Shootout was a huge success, and Team Lakeland had an incredible showing on the range! Several athletes shot a perfect 25 straight, showing great focus and determination throughout the day.

A special congratulations goes out to Emmit Gee for having his BEST DAY EVER by shooting his first-ever 50 straight! What an amazing accomplishment and a moment to remember.

Great job to all of our athletes, coaches, and families who helped make the day a success. Keep up the hard work and good luck tomorrow!

The 9-week regular conference season has come to an end, and what a finish it was for the Lakeland Trap Team! Lakeland wrapped up Week 9 with a clean sweep and carried that momentum through an incredible season filled with hard work, determination, and some outstanding shooting performances.

From perfect 25 straights to strong team finishes week after week, this team showed what dedication and teamwork can accomplish. We are proud of every athlete for the effort they put in all season long — whether on the line, supporting teammates, or representing Lakeland with great sportsmanship.

Thank you to our coaches, volunteers, parents, sponsors, and supporters who helped make this season possible. Your time and support mean everything to this program.
