Part 2: Let’s talk about the things that get in the way. 👀
Once we understand that the roll down begins with the pelvis, we can start to notice the compensations that often show up when that connection is missing.
Maybe the movement starts from the shoulders instead of the pelvis. Maybe the hips shift back. Maybe gravity takes over and the spine loses its opportunity to articulate segment by segment.
The good news? These aren’t “bad” habits. They’re clues.
In this exploration, we’re looking at a few common roll down mistakes and using modifications on the Cadillac to build awareness, find support, and reconnect to the movement pattern.
