2 week body prep for wedding ⬇️
I haven’t done one of these rants in a while because life has been INSANE with wedding prep, but since so many people keep asking what I’m doing leading up to the wedding… here’s the reality of it. Right now I’m not crash dieting or doing anything extreme. I’m mostly focusing on feeling GOOD, less bloated, energized, and confident in my body.
Things I’ve personally been prioritizing lately:
• Drinking a ton of water every single day (more than usual)
• Staying consistent in the gym 5x a week
• Core work almost daily
• Maintaining the same weight I’ve comfortably held since December instead of obsessing over the scale
• Smaller meals throughout the day with snacks
• Cutting back on dairy, fried foods, sugary drinks, etc.
• Prioritizing protein + whole foods
• Digestive enzymes + supplements I personally use to help digestion/bloating
At the end of the day, I’m not trying to become a different person before my wedding. I just want to feel like the healthiest, strongest version of myself 🤍
