Many parents don’t realize the dangers of introducing young children to water
before they have the skills to survive. Before your baby can feel confident to
safely enjoy the water, he or she must first learn the skills needed for survival. ISR is the safest provider of swimming lessons for infants and toddlers
worldwide. With more than 45 years of research and development behind ISR's
Self-Rescue™

program, ISR teaches each child survival skills in conjunction with
basic swimming lessons that give them the competence required to safely enjoy
the water. Complacency happens to even the best parents, and is extremely dangerous…
Every day children in the United States reach the water unsupervised and end
up in potential drowning situations. Every time your baby doesn’t fall into the
water it can reinforce the idea that they can be left alone for “just a second.” The
best safeguard is not to rely on your baby’s past behavior, but to equip your
baby with critical water survival skills taught by ISR Instructors. Empower your child by enrolling him or her in ISR’s Self-Rescue™ program. The
Sooner, The Safer!

With me…

Screams. Sadness and fear.

Ended with Love. Laughter. And CONFIDENCE. Meet Gianna.

3 years old.
Joe's mom signed him up for 6 weeks of survival swim lessons in May of this year and he did GREAT! Then we decided to have him come back for a few lessons to learn strokes before the end of our swim season. Here he is working on his front crawl.

Once I know the kids have acquired the skills they need for survival in water I start to prepare them for different situations. This simulates a fall off a dock, or lawn chair, etc. The child would be disoriented and still need to float once they meet the water’s surface. Stetson was caught a bit off guard and still found his float! Great work!

Noe has worked so hard. He was a floatation device baby. Mom threw the puddle jumpers away and trusted me.
This is the result! So strong and “water smart” too!!

Learning to save her own life. Just in case no one is around and she ends up in water. Alone.
Floating is just one of the great things she is learning to do. Meet Brady!

Some of you have been asking about little Scarlett. She is getting really great at sitting with her head held high. My hope is that in a few months she will be sitting on her own and be ready for ISR LESSONS!!
Here she is today working as hard as a little gal can!!

Mom signed him up for swim lessons.
Apparently, nobody told this little guy he had 6 weeks to polish his skills.
And he is REALLY good at it. Turns out this little swimmer has places to be. Meet Judah.
