If it scares you in a way so deep that it disturbs the core of your being, DO IT✨

I learned this 14 years ago when starting my business. I’ve felt the same feeling each time I’ve challenged myself to grow…

Thiis , PowerU Women’s small business cohort was no different. What started as a suggestion from someone I barely know ( .habz with )
guided me away from my comfort zone down a path of much needed personal growth.

I am gifted with feelings of pride, empowerment, gratitude, community, friendships, support, and hope✨

Fourteen years of building a business that helps women prioritize their strength, health, and bodies…

…and it took a stranger, .habz of 😇 to nudge ME to prioritize working ON my business—AND MYSELF😳 (Thank you, Sara!!)

I am proud to report that I was brave and applied to the program sponsored by for women small business owners. I am grateful that I was one of 10 AMAZING women chosen✨(Love my new friends🥰)

Excited that I attended my first today! It is inspiring to be surrounded by so many strong, resilient women building others up💪🏼

Thank you for the prime table🤩

In 2016 I was four years into my first lease - on the second floor of an office building, no windows, one room. Space was very limited for my four reformers! ✨

I can still remember the absolute fear of signing this lease, the pressure of succeeding as a small business owner. I was newly divorced with three young children. I remember telling myself not to think, just take action, walk through the fear.

I started teaching my first player in this room⚜️

I ran a groupon special to get people in. MANY of those people are not only still with me, but are my dearest friends and most loyal supporters (I am SO GRATEFUL for each of you😘)✨

We had fun in that room… solved world problems, laughed, made connections, and did a lot of Pilates… just like we still do!🥰

This year, (2026) I am celebrating 14 years of and 18 years as a !✨

Stay tuned to see my next space!
In 2017 I upgraded to my second location💪🏼✨
