Still not over this one 🤍

Our SELF Pilates x Vuori Lakeside event was everything we love about this community — moving together, showing up for ourselves, and creating space to slow down for a little while. From the mat to the music to the post-class shopping and refreshments, it truly felt like such a special moment.

Thank you to everyone who came out and brought the best energy, and to Vuori Lakeside for hosting us so beautifully. This is what SELF is all about — connection, movement, and finding your best self one class at a time.

The reLENTless Challenge is officially complete, and wow… you all truly showed up for yourselves in the best way possible. 15 classes in 40 days is no small commitment, and every single person who participated should be so proud. The consistency, the discipline, the early mornings, the “I almost didn’t come but I did anyway” moments… that’s what this challenge is all about.

We loved watching you push through, get stronger, and make time for YOU. That’s what SELF is all about, showing up, doing the work, and becoming your best self one class at a time.
