Over this past weekend we had some of our lifters lift in the USPA Junior meet. We couldn’t be happier with the results several records were broken.
Adey- 1st in her weight class
Layla- 1st in her weight class, state & national records in squat and deadlift and national total 496 pounds, and state record in bench.
Kendyll- 1st in her weight class, state & national records in squat, bench, deadlift, & total.

For all incoming freshmen both Boys and Girls please come sign up in the weight room next week. You will receive a packet to fill out and return to Coach Saul, or Coach Kirk. A sign up and paperwork will also be at Iron Empire. Come join our family and continue building a great program.
