For all incoming freshmen both Boys and Girls please come sign up in the weight room next week. You will receive a packet to fill out and return to Coach Saul, or Coach Kirk. A sign up and paperwork will also be at Iron Empire. Come join our family and continue building a great program.

This week we would like to send a sincere thank to all our teachers who help our lifters get a mental workout everyday hitting the books, writing papers, and of course preparing for the LEAP. We wish you happy teachers appreciation week!

To say the least we can lift better than we can bowl! But it was great to celebrate an outstanding season by all our lifters. The grind starts again soon.

Records were broke on the Boys’ Team as well! Ryan set the new squat program record in Squat for the 148 pound weight class. Christien broke the beach record in the 132 pound weight class. We are proud of teams and the collectively the hard work they have put in this season going back all the way back since last June. Records are testiment to that hard work and resilience.
