The Tulane Summer Sports Institute's inaugural course, Running a Professional Sports Team, is officially in the books.

Over 10 days, 33 students from Tulane and universities across the country got an inside look at what it really takes to run a professional sports team — learning directly from leaders across the NFL, NBA, MLB, sports analytics and labor relations.

From a day spent with the New Orleans Saints & Pelicans to conversations with industry executives like Jay Cicero and Mike Tannenbaum, students engaged, questioned and learned from some of the best in the business.
