When was the last time you took a realistic glimpse at yourself?
Not the polished you.
Not the “I’m fine” you.
Not the version everyone else expects you to be.
The you without the mask.
Did you like what you saw?
Were you afraid?
Did you become proud?
Did you even recognize yourself?
As we navigate the road from surviving to thriving, we have to be willing to get real with ourselves. We have to acknowledge where we are, embrace who we are becoming, and be honest about the areas where we may need support.
