BFT was founded in Melbourne, Australia, by Cameron Falloon, Princess Diana’s personal trainer in the mid 1990s.

Before launching BFT, Cameron worked with elite rugby players, professional football athletes, and Olympians. His vision was simple: bring the same science backed strength and conditioning principles used by professional athletes to everyday people.

In June 2016, he opened the very first BFT studio in Melbourne, Australia. That’s why we’re celebrating BFT Day this month and recognizing a decade of strength, coaching, community, and results around the world.

Today, that same philosophy lives on through BFT’s progressive programming, expert coaching, and results-driven approach to helping everyday people get stronger.

And, we couldn’t be more proud!!!

Here are just 8 of them (and we have many more) right here at BFT Tysons.

Some come for strength and cardio.
Some for stress relief.
Some for structure and accountability.

All of them train here because it works.

Coach Tana is taking over the noon hour 🔥

Cardio U is on. Same structure as last week, less rest between zones.

That means higher aerobic demand and a bigger focus on pacing. No relying on rest. You have to earn it through smart effort.

SkiErg, battle ropes, track runs, rower, and box jumps in the mix.

If you’ve been needing a mid-day reset after the holiday weekend, this is it. See you at 12.
