BFT was founded in Melbourne, Australia, by Cameron Falloon, Princess Diana’s personal trainer in the mid 1990s.
Before launching BFT, Cameron worked with elite rugby players, professional football athletes, and Olympians. His vision was simple: bring the same science backed strength and conditioning principles used by professional athletes to everyday people.
In June 2016, he opened the very first BFT studio in Melbourne, Australia. That’s why we’re celebrating BFT Day this month and recognizing a decade of strength, coaching, community, and results around the world.
Today, that same philosophy lives on through BFT’s progressive programming, expert coaching, and results-driven approach to helping everyday people get stronger.
