40 seconds on, 20 seconds rest
1 min rest in between rounds

- step shuffle
- split squat (one side)
- split squat (other side)
- ball slams
- squat jumps
- Russian twists

How many rounds can you do in 45 mins!?!?! 3-4 is the GOAL 💪
