All dogs must be on a leash at all times, if you are found with the dog not on a leash you will be asked to leave. Dogs are not allowed in the clubhouse.

Effective August 1st, 2026.

Only service dogs will be allowed at Beau Pre Golf Course. In order for the service dog to be allowed the owner must sign a contract understanding that he/she is aware of the rules of having their service dog at Beau Pre.

As some of you know, in the past Beau Pre has been open with pets on the course as long as they are leashed, cleaned up after, and don’t cause issues/damage to the property.

Overtime, boundaries have been crossed by both parties of the two sports commonly played on the property, and the decision to ban all pets from Beau Pre Golf Course has been made.

As noted in the official statement by Beau Pre, between the dates of July 15th, 2026 and August 1st, 2026, any pet seen without a leash will result in a removal from the premises. On the day of August 1st, 2026 and beyond, no pets shall be on the property unless it is a REGISTERED service animal and a contract is signed by the owner. Beau Pre Golf Course is private property, this is a non negotiable situation. These rules are posted in numerous locations in and around the clubhouse.

As for disc golf, if the tournament director witnesses you violating either of the two rules that are in, or to be in effect, you will not only be removed from the premises as per Beau Pre’s requests, but you will also receive a disqualification from league under a code 999, and a statement will be sent to the PDGA Disciplinary Committee, as that is an automatic requirement under the PDGA in said situation.

I understand everyone wants their furry friends out for a nice round of disc golf, but when lines are crossed and rules can’t be followed, unfortunate actions take place. I hope you all understand and I continue to see all the familiar faces that often are accompanied by a pet.
