Liz has been with us since our official affiliation in July of 2020.

Today is her 6 year CrossFitiversary with CrossFit AFK and coach Jeffrey.

From a basement gym, working on managing snapping hip syndrome, to a garage, fixing a frozen shoulder, into the Cedar Street gym and through her weight loss journey, her goals have changed with her needs.

No matter what's going on, or where you are, you can start your fitness journey or get back into it.

6 years of dedication.

What her WOD looks like is a little different, but if you really know anything about CrossFit, it's completely scalable and anyone can have success.
