Come out Aug 28th to the Defense Depot for their event we will be there fro 2p-7p to discuss opportunities on Lake Land College Shooting Sports.

Actively recruiting class of 2027 and 2028 but if you’re just looking for more information about the team and recruiting process as a parent or younger athlete come out and let’s chat.

Join Blackburn College’s Clay Target Coach for an exclusive, hands-on weekend experience designed to help you learn about our program, gain confidence, and improve your performance.
Here is what is included in the weekend package:
-In-depth Blackburn Campus Tour
-Dinner at the campus dining hall
-Comprehensive Trap Clinic (Includes 100 trap targets!)

🗓️ WHEN: Sept 18 & 19• Friday, Sept 18: 3PM–5PM Campus Tour | 5PM Dinner on Campus• Saturday, Sept 19: 9AM–4PM Trap Clinic
📍 WHERE:• Friday: Blackburn College (700 College Avenue, Carlinville, IL)• Saturday: Brittany Shooting Park (11374 Prairie Dell Rd, Bunker Hill, IL)
💰 COST: $230 per athlete for the full weekend experience.

Our Fall 2026 season is upon us. Registration opens up on Monday, Aug 3 & will remain open until Monday, Sept 7 @ NOON. No late entries will be accepted after that time. As always, a passed Hunter Safety Course is required to register with the USA Clay Target League. Please pass this information on to anyone that might be interested in joining our team. EHS has 2 individual qualifiers for the Championship Finals tomorrow!!! Congratulations to Hayden & Kaden!!! They finished in the top 400 out of 1800 shooters from across the country!!!

Congratulations to Team EHS…you’re headed to Championship Finals on Sunday, with an 11th place finish today!! Also congratulations to our local teams from Teutopolis, Dieterich & Stew-Stras for also earning their way to Finals!!
